To celebrate the Erasmus Days – this year taking place from 12 to 17 October 2026 – we have collected testimonials from academic and administrative staff and also from students participating in the COMMO project mobility.

Taking part in COMMO means going beyond the simple experience of international mobility: it is an opportunity for growth that enriches people both professionally and personally. Engaging with different academic and cultural contexts enables everybody to develop new skills, strengthen ability to adapt, improve intercultural communication, and learn to manage unfamiliar situations and challenges.

At the same time, meeting different people, cultures and perspectives helps each one of us to question our own views, to be open to diversity and to build relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.

COMMO thus becomes a shared learning journey, in which growing as professionals also means growing as people.
